Water-colour Art in Year One and Two

In our lessons, the children learnt how to use water colour paints and discover what happens when colours meet water. We practised gentle brush strokes, looked at how shades can blend, and experimented with different amounts of paint and water. Think of it as science, but with more puddles —because yes, we were exploring what happens when you add a little extra water!
