Young Minds is the national charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Parents Helpline: 0808 802 5544

Strong Young Minds is a project designed to improve the mental health and wellbeing of young people (10 - 26 years) in Herefordshire.

 

MFN offers activity days for young people aged 3 to 25 years who have additional needs or a disability and, where funding permits, their siblings. Offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor experiences, the chance to meet and make friends, opportunities to try new activities and develop skills and confidence.
