Cherry Class is for our Reception and Year 1 children and this is where many will start they journey through Luston School. The class teachers are Mrs Moore and Mrs Jones and they are supported by Mrs Mantle and other members of our Luston team.

The classroom offers a large area which allows free play activities to take place alongside a carpeted area with an interactive whiteboard and an area with tables and seating.

The children in this class have exclusive use of the adjoining cloakroom and toilets.

Cherry Class children also benefit from a spacious covered outdoor play area which can be accessed through ‘free-flow’ from the classroom.

The children will also be provided with wet weather suits to allow them to enjoy our Forest School and exploring the surrounding fields, village and countryside.

Each year the children take part in our school Christmas nativity production and will also take part in assemblies for parents and the rest of the school.
